Through her expertise and unwavering dedication, she educates and empowers her community, advocating for safer pregnancies, deliveries, and postpartum experiences through the implementation of evidence-based practices. As a certified full-spectrum doula and lactation educator, Courtney offers comprehensive support to individuals and families at every stage of their journey.

 

Courtney is a native Nigerian New Yorker, currently located in the DMV area. She proudly graduated from Howard University, where she studied Sports Medicine and Chemistry, before earning her Master's in Public Health from George Washington University.

 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Courtney passionately champions self-love, confidence, personal growth, and the cultivation of healthy habits. In her downtime, she nurtures her love for exploration by venturing to new destinations, delighting in diverse cuisines, and immersing herself in various cultures.
